Is there a charge for shipping and/or handling?

Yes, you will be charged for shipping (based on United Parcel Service rates). There is no handling fee.

When should I expect to receive my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be verified, processed and packaged. You can select to have your order shipped standard ground service, or you can choose expedited shipping based upon options provided by United Parcel Service. Remember it may take 3-5 business days to process your order, prior to shipping, based upon item availability.

Can you ship my order to an address other than my own?

Yes, while you’re in the shopping cart, you can specify one address for billing and another for shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are only shipping within the United States. We request a physical mailing address as we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

How do you ship orders?

We use The United Parcel Service (UPS).

Do you have express shipping?
