Yes, you will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
Simply call our customer service department at (732) 292-0256 -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please have the customer order number you receive via email ready when you call so we can help you as quickly as possible.
You can also check the status of your order on our website. Login using your username and password, then click on View Cart, then View Account. From there, click on View Order History, and a list of all of the orders you have placed will appear. Click on View in the Action column to review your order and see its status.
How do I return an item?
It's simple. Call us at (732) 292-0256 or email us at customerservice@thesilverfoxclub.com . We will pay for the return shipping costs, but you must call or e-mail us first so we may supply you with a UPS mailing slip. Depending on the item, we may simply ship you a replacement or issue a credit. We do ask that you return the item first. When returning an item, please write your reason for the return on the packing slip that was included in your shipment.

What happens to my credit card account when a product is replaced or exchanged?
On credit card replacements or exchanges, we will credit your account for the original order less shipping and handling charges, and will then issue a new charge for the replacement or exchange.
